I receive an error when trying to pay a friend with my Keytrade card.

The new Bancontact-Visa debit card issued by Keytrade Bank does not allow payments between friends/family/colleagues by scanning the QR code on their smartphone anymore.

You can still reimburse friends through the contacts list feature. Tap on the “Pay” button on your home screen and select “Contacts”.

Or you can ask them to send you a Payment request (by selecting “Receive” on their home screen and “Create a payment request”).

Paying online and in-store is also still possible.
