Set up a Payconiq GO user
Once activated, the Payconiq account holder receives a Payconiq GO activation confirmation, which includes a Product Profile ID and API key. You will need those to set up a Payconiq GO user.
- Click on the link in the Payconiq GO confirmation email.
- Enter the Product Profile ID and API key to set up your Payconiq GO user.
- Choose a Payconiq GO username and an email address for this user.
- The Payconiq GO user immediately receives an email to set a password.
Was the Payconiq GO user already set up? If so, they can log into Payconiq GO.
How to start using the app?
Open the Payconiq GO merchant app.
Log in with the Payconiq GO user details you set up earlier.
Print the QR code in the Payconiq GO environment and display it in a visible location.
You can also display a QR code on a screen for each payment request. This is the ideal solution to receive payments away from the cash register, such as at a busy bar, on a terrace, or on the go. When this option is active, only the QR code displayed on the screen can be scanned.

Viewing Payconiq GO transactions
In the Payconiq GO app for merchants, a user can view and export a transaction overview. This can be automated through the Payconiq GO menu.
If you are a Payconiq account administrator, you can log in to the merchant portal to download a statement of transactions for all Payconiq GO users in Excel or PDF format. The login credentials for the merchant portal are different from those of your GO environment.
Can I use Payconiq GO without the app?
Unfamiliar with apps, but still want to receive payments with Payconiq GO? Prefer to use Payconiq GO on your tablet or current POS? Go for it! Simply visit the go.payconiq.be webpage. You'll get access to all the same features, without having to install the Payconiq GO app for merchants.
