Can I add a message to Payconiq GO payments?

Yes. It's up to you to choose whether you want to add a fixed reference or a custom message.

When you add a fixed message in Payconiq GO, this message will appear in your customer's payment application for each payment.

To set or change the fixed message, go to "Settings" in the navigation menu of the website or app. Next, enter your desired message and click "Save changes".

Would you prefer to include a custom message for each separate payment? This is only possible when you use the Payconiq GO website (not via the app). Do not enter a fixed message using the settings menu, instead use the input field that appears after logging on to go.payconiq.be.

The message is visible in the download report in your Merchant Portal.
